You agree to only use the service in ways that follow all local, state, and federal laws and administrative rules of all agencies. You may not use the Service in a way that would violate and local, state, federal, or foreign laws or regulations ncskzuding but not limited to; the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Federal Trade Commission Act (FTCA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Nutrition Labeling and Education Act (NLEA).
Limitation on liability
PrimeKBF is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
PrimeKBF reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between PrimeKBF and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

Promotion Period
Starts October 01, 2025 and expires December 31, 2025
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Utah State (Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Davis County, Utah County, and surrounding areas)
Must be 18 or older and the legal homeowner of the property where the remodel will take place (single-family residence or eligible condo/townhome).
Employees, contractors, and immediate family/household members of PrimeKBF/Remodel Express are not eligible.
Readiness requirement: Winner must be able to begin the remodel within 30 days of confirmation. Otherwise, the prize may be forfeited and another winner chosen.
2. How to Enter
Complete the entry form at https://primekbf.com/ or Facebook Instant Form during the Promotion Period. Provide your name, contact details, service address, and project information.
One entry per household. Automated/bulk entries are not allowed.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to PrimeKBF’s decisions regarding the promotion.
3. Prize & Value
Grand Prize (1): A PrimeKBF Kitchen Remodel (up to 10 cabinets + standard installation) valued up to $9,995.00.
Includes (examples): stock/semi-custom cabinets, countertops (standard materials), sink, faucet, backsplash, standard installation, and basic plumbing/electrical reconnections.
Excludes: Demo of existing cabinets and counter tops, appliances, moving walls/utilities, structural or subfloor repairs, asbestos/lead removal, permits/fees, premium/custom upgrades, painting, and any work outside the scope listed above.
The winner may select upgrades or extra work at their own expense. Any cost above the prize cap is the winner’s responsibility.
Prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-substitutable, except Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about every 4 weeks.
The winner will be notified by phone, email, or SMS from the PrimeKBF Team and must respond within 48–72 hours.
Winner must:Sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
Provide proof of homeownership and allow access for inspection/measurements.
Send pictures of the existing kitchen.
If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot proceed with the remodel, another winner may be chosen.
5. Project Requirements
Project must begin within 30 days of confirmation.
Work will be scheduled on weekdays during normal business hours.
Winner agrees to keep areas clear and follow site prep instructions.
Work will follow building codes and PrimeKBF’s standard contract/warranty terms (winner must sign before work begins).
Taxes: Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize value.
6. Conditions & Restrictions
Home must be suitable for remodeling as determined by PrimeKBF after inspection.
Prize is only valid within the Utah State (Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Davis County, Utah County, and surrounding areas).
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow PrimeKBF to use before/after photos, video, and testimonials in marketing materials.
Information collected is subject to PrimeKBF’s Privacy Policy.
7. General Rules
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, or for technical issues.
Sponsor may modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise fairness.
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its employees, and affiliates from any liability related to participation or prize use, except as caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or misconduct.
Disputes will be governed by the laws of Utah, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the United States.
8. Facebook/Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Facebook and Instagram from all liability related to this promotion.
